Ingredients of Masala Omelette
- You need 4 of eggs.
- You need 2 of onions finely chopped.
- Prepare 4-5 of green chillies chopped.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli flakes.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Milk.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- You need 2-3 tsp of oil.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of coriander leaves chopped.
Masala Omelette step by step
- Take the eggs and keep ready along with the other ingredients.
- Now take a bowl and break the eggs carefully and pour it in the bowl. Put milk,salt and pepper powder and beat it well..
- Then add half of the chopped onions, green chillies and coriander leaves in the egg bowl and mix well..
- Then heat a non stick pan and pour oil..
- When hot add the rest of the onion and green chillies. Sauté for a minute..
- Then pour the eggs into the pan.Sprinkle red chilli flakes on top. And let it cook covered on low flame..
- When it gets cooked flip it carefully and cook again from the other side..
- When done remove on plate and serve with buttered bread..
