Ingredients of Masala Omelette

  1. You need 4 of eggs.
  2. You need 2 of onions finely chopped.
  3. Prepare 4-5 of green chillies chopped.
  4. Prepare 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli flakes.
  6. Prepare 2 tsp of Milk.
  7. It's to taste of Salt.
  8. You need 2-3 tsp of oil.
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of coriander leaves chopped.

Masala Omelette step by step

  1. Take the eggs and keep ready along with the other ingredients.
  2. Now take a bowl and break the eggs carefully and pour it in the bowl. Put milk,salt and pepper powder and beat it well..
  3. Then add half of the chopped onions, green chillies and coriander leaves in the egg bowl and mix well..
  4. Then heat a non stick pan and pour oil..
  5. When hot add the rest of the onion and green chillies. Sauté for a minute..
  6. Then pour the eggs into the pan.Sprinkle red chilli flakes on top. And let it cook covered on low flame..
  7. When it gets cooked flip it carefully and cook again from the other side..
  8. When done remove on plate and serve with buttered bread..
