- Heat 2 knobs of butter in frying pan.
- dice the pepper and mushroom then fry for 1 minute then add a splash of woscestershire sauce.
- Mix eggs and milk in with the herbs, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
- Making sure you use a non stick pan!! pour egg mixture over mushrooms and peppers.
