Mushroom n pepper omelette instructions

  1. Heat 2 knobs of butter in frying pan.
  2. dice the pepper and mushroom then fry for 1 minute then add a splash of woscestershire sauce.
  3. Mix eggs and milk in with the herbs, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
  4. Making sure you use a non stick pan!! pour egg mixture over mushrooms and peppers.
  5. Let cook for 2 minutes then fold in half. Cook on both sides for half a minute each. And theres your tasty omelette :) enjoy..
