- preheat oven to 350°F.
- gather all ingredients. what's fun about making these is that you can be as creative with your selection as you want. some choices can be: red and green peppers, cooked breakfast potatoes, plum tomatoes, carmelized onions, fresh spinach, crumbled sausage, bacon, etc. also, have fun with your cheese. feta, asiago..even goat cheese are all wonderful choices..
