- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Himalayan salt.
- It's 1 1/2 cup of ripe banana (about 4-5).

- Preheat oven to 350..
- Stick butter and coconut oil in measuring cup and microwave for 10-15 seconds. Butter should be softened, not runny..
