- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Zeera (cumin )powder.
- Prepare 1/2 kg of gram flour/Chickpea flour.
- You need As needed of Water/Curd.
- It's As needed of Oil for cooking.

- In a container add water or Curd then mix all ingredients Veggies, gram flour, salt, garam masala, Zeera Powder and mix it well and Make a thick better of it..
- Take a slice of bread then spread the Paste or mixture over it to the both sides..then take a pan apply some oils and shallow fry the bread to the both sides till it changes the colour into golden brown.Serve it with any chutney or sauce of your choice..
