Ingredients of Kevin's Campfire Breakfast
- You need 1 of package blue and gold sausage or what ever your favorite kind is.
- You need 1 dozen of eggs.
- You need 1 lb of sharp shedded cheddar cheese.
- Prepare 2 of packages of canned biscuits any type large or small.
Kevin's Campfire Breakfast step by step
- Heat a large cast iron dutch oven in a camp fire and cook whole package of sausage.
- Add eggs and scamble.
- Add 1 lb of shredded cheese.
- Add layer of biscuits.
- Set dutch oven in camp fire and cover lid with coals rotating the lid every few minutes to keep from burning biscuits.
- Once biscuits are brown remove from fire and spoon out into bowls I made this many times for me and my hunting buddies we never had any left overs.
