  1. Prepare 1 cup of butter- softened.
  2. It's 1 of pkg. (8oz) cream cheese - softened.
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of granulated sugar.
  4. You need 4 of eggs.
  5. You need 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.
  6. Prepare 2 cup of all-purpose flour.
  7. You need 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
  9. You need 2 cup of fresh or frozen cranberries.
  10. Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped pecans.
  11. It's 2 cup of confectioners sugar.
  12. It's 3 tbsp of milk-2%.

  1. Preheat oven to 350° ..
  2. In large bowl cream butter, cream cheese & sugar until light & fluffy..
  3. Add eggs. One at a time. Beating well after each.Beat in vanilla. Combine dry ing. Add to creamed mixture just until moistened. Fold in cranberries & nuts..
  4. Fill greased or lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 20-25 min. ( mine only took about 18 ) .or until toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool 5 min.move to wire rack. Combine confectioners sugar , milk. Drizzle over muffins..
