- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Prepare jumbo muffin cups with baking spray..

- In a medium bowl sift all dry muffin ingredients..
- In another bowl wisk together all wet ingredients..
- Stir apples into wet mix. Including all the yummy gooey liquids..
- Add wet to dry and stir until just incorporated. Do not overmix..
- Fill prepared jumbo muffin tins about 2/3 full of batter. Set aside..
- Streusel topping:.
- Combine all streusel ingredients and cut intil well combined. U should have a crumbly mix..
- Sprinkle topping over muffin batter.. about 1.5 tbl. Per muffin..
- Bake about 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean..
- Cool a few minutes then transfer to wire rack for cooling..
