  4. You need 1/2 of Soup can of milk.
  5. It's 1/2 of Soup can of water.
  6. You need 1/4 cup of Chopped onion.
  7. You need 8 of Jalapeno cream cheese (or regular for less spicy).
  8. You need 8 oz of Diced ham (I dice really small).
  9. It's 1 can of Mushrooms (8 oz).
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of Garlic powder.
  11. You need 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese.
  12. You need of Black pepper.
  13. You need 2 cup of Cheese blend (I use monterey jack, cheddar, asadero, and quesadilla cheese blend).

Amazing Hashbrowns step by step

  1. Put cream cheese, both cans of soup, ham, milk, water, mushrooms, onion, garlic powder, black pepper, and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese into a stove pot. Stir. Heat on medium until cream cheese is melted..
  2. Once cream cheese is melted, turn off the heat and stir in frozen hashbrowns..
  3. Transfer mixture into a 9 x 13 glass dish and cover with foil..
  4. Bake in oven at 350°F for 50 minutes..
  5. Remove dish from oven and remove the foil..
  6. Stir the casserole then cover the top with the cheese blend. Cover it completely..
  7. Return the dish to the oven (no foil) and bake for 20 mins (cheese should be melted).
  8. Remove from oven and enjoy!.
