Egg Nog lover or not, this Egg Nog French Toast is going to blow you away. I have never been much of a morning person, but It is the BEST holiday breakfast recipe. I love going to the grocery store and seeing eggnog on the shelves.

Stuffed Egg Nog French Toast step by step
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and jam. Spread this mixture onto the bread slices and pair them to make 3 sandwiches. In a large baking dish, whisk together the eggs, egg nog, & vanilla extract. Dip the sandwiches in the prepared mixture to soak up the egg nog. Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium flame. Place the sandwiches in batches and cook for 2 mins on each side to brown. Transfer sandwiches to a plate and cut each in half and serve with fresh berries..
This has become a staple for our family around the holidays. We use the full fat nog and add a little extra nutmeg/spices. It's a basic stuffed french toast bake. That I hopped up with pecan streusel, and egg nog. (Mouth watering, deliciousness. Pulled or torn french loaf or any other stale loaf bread would work with this…just add a layer of torn pieces, then the pecan mixture, then more torn bread on top.
