  6. Prepare 1 stick of leek slice thinly into rings.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of butter.

  9. You need 1 tbsp of each of heinz tomato and chili sauce.

Leek Omelette instructions

  1. Season eggs then set aside.
  2. With butter lightly sauté leeks 1 minute then add beaten eggs.
  3. Additional add on chedder cheese then cover lid for 2 minute till cheese are melted and eggs are lightly brown and crisps.
  4. Flip one side of the omelette and serve as a light diet brunch or sandwich fillings or as side dish.
