- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
- It's 2 of Green chillies cut into longitudinal.
- Prepare 2 teaspoon of Oil.
- It's 4 of Curry leaves.
Vegetable muffin khaman step by step
- Take besan, add salt, turmeric powder..
- Add curd and make batter..
- If needed add water..
- Add carrot, green coriander paste..
- Now add eno and mix..
- Immediately transfer this batter to muffin mould..
- Now cook in microwave plus convection mode at 170 degree for 1-2 minutes depending upon the quantity.
- Cool and demould..
- For tempering, heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, then green chillies..
- Add 2 cup water, sugar, and lemon juice..
- Boil till sugar melts..
- Pour this water over khaman..
- Keep rest for 10 to 15 minutes so that it'll absorb water..
- Vegetable khaman is ready..
