Ingredients of Two layered muffin khaman
- Prepare 1 cup of besan.
- It's 2 teaspoon of curd.
- It's of Salt as per taste.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
- You need 1/4 teaspoo of teaspoon-Grated beetroot.
- It's 2 of Chopped red chillies.
- You need 3 teaspoon of (or as per taste)- sugar.
- Prepare 3 teaspoon of Oil.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Lemon juice.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Eno.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Mustard seeds.
Two layered muffin khaman instructions
- Take besan in bowl.Add salt and curd to it.
- Add rest of water to make a smooth batter..
- Now divide this batter into two equal parts..
- Two one part add turmeric powder..
- To second part add beetroot..
- Now add 1/2 teaspoon eno to red part and immediately transfer to silicon muffin mould..
- Now microwave for 20 seconds..
- Now add rest of the eno to yellow batter..
- Immediately transfer this to muffin mould which has red one..
- Now microwave for 50 second.(or depending upon the quantity of batter).
- Cool and de mould from mould..
- For tempering- heat oil. Add mustard seeds..
- Add red chillies.
- Add sugar, lemon juice..
- Bring to boil..
- Pour this to khaman..
- Pour this to khaman..
- Keep rest for 15 minutes so that khaman will absorb water..
- Two layered muffin kaman is ready..
