Ingredients of Basic Egg Muffins in Kmart PM

1. You need 4 of Lge Eggs.
2. It's 3 Sprigs of Spring Onions/Shallots (Chopped).
3. You need 50 g of Ham (Shreded/Diced).
4. You need Pinch of Parsley Flakes.
5. It's to taste of Salt & Pepper.
6. Prepare of Garlic &/or Onion Salt or Hot Sauce (optional).

Basic Egg Muffins in Kmart PM instructions

1. Wisk Eggs then add all remaining ingredients. Stir well & then scoop into PM trays (I have KMart 4 Pie Maker)..
2. Cook for 7-8min...
3. Remove from PM onto paper towel & eat or add to a container & refrigerate for later..
