Ingredients of Breakfast Egg Bake

  1. You need 12 of eggs.
  2. It's 1 can (12 ounce) of evaporated milk.
  3. Prepare 1 teaspoon of dry mustard.
  4. Prepare 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
  5. Prepare 1/8 teaspoon of salt.
  6. You need 1 of onion, chopped.
  7. Prepare 1 of green pepper, chopped (use a small pepper).
  8. You need 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  9. Prepare 1 cup of shredded Mexican cheese.
  10. You need of Butter cooking spray.

Breakfast Egg Bake instructions

  1. In a blender combine : eggs, evaporated milk, dry mustard, black pepper and salt, blend well......
  2. Pour egg mixture into a 9 X 13 glass baking dish that has been sprayed with butter cooking spray......
  3. Sprinkle over the top of egg mixture: chopped onion, green pepper and both cheeses......
  4. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 40 minutes, or until eggs are set......
  5. Let eggs rest for 10 minutes.....
  6. Cut into squares, serve with toast and enjoy 😉!.
