  3. Prepare 2 of onions, chopped.
  4. You need 4 of tomatoes, chopped.
  5. It's 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  6. It's 3 of green chillies, chopped or slit.
  7. It's 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  8. You need 2-3 tbsp of chilli powder, depending on ur spice level.
  9. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  10. Prepare of Oil.
  11. You need of Coriander leaves, chopped.

Chilli Egg chapathi scramble instructions

  1. Cook the frozen chapathi according to the package instructions. Once cooled down, roll them up and chop into pieces.
  2. In a heavy bottomed pan.,heat oil, add onions, and green chillies and fry till golden brown..
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and dry for 3 minutes until the raw smell disappears..
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and cook till tomatoes are mushy..
  5. Add the eggs to the pan and mix well until they are cooked.
  6. Add the chopped up chapathi to the pan and mix well.
  7. Season with salt if required. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves..
