- You need 4 of Frozen sausage patties.
- You need 1 dash of Milk.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a muffin tin.
- Place frozen sausage in a skillet and cook according to package.
- Crack eggs into a large measuring cup or something that makes it easy to pour out of.
- Add a dash of milk salt and pepper.
- Scramble up the eggs.
- When sausage is done cut into bite size pieces.
- Dump sausage into egg mixture.
- Dump cup of cheese into mixture and mix all up.
- Fill up each muffin space with the egg mixture. Don't fill to the tippy top leave a little bit of room..
