  3. You need 1 of stick Butter, melted (reserve 2 tbl. for topping).
  4. Prepare 8 of oz. Sour Cream.
  5. You need 2 of cups shedded Cheddar.
  6. It's 1 of med. Onion, minced.
  7. Prepare 1 of med. red or green pepper, minced.
  8. It's 2 of or 3 fresh Japeleno Peppers, minced.
  9. You need 1 1/2 of cup crushed Cornflakes (add reserved butter and stir).
