  2. Prepare 1 of lime or lemon to taste.
  3. You need to taste of Chilli flakes and or Tabasco.
  4. Prepare 2 slices of brown toast/Sourdough/whatever.
  5. It's of Marmite.
  6. You need of Salt.

  1. Get a plate, stick the bread in the toaster and deskin and destone half the Avocado an Lime (keep the other half for breakfast tomorrow).
  2. Marmite the toast.
  3. Smush the Avocado onto toast, sprinkle Chilli flakes, salt and Lime, smush into mix.
  4. Try a little, bit more kick? Add chili, bit more bite? More Lime - all good? Eat!.
