  4. You need 6 of Asparagus spears.
  5. You need 2 pieces of toast.
  6. Prepare 2 of Tomato sliced.

My Sautèed Breakfast 🌞 step by step

  1. Add 1 tbls Butter in a non stick pan heat up and add the mushrooms fry for 1 minute then add the Asparagus spears. Fry until cooked moving them around while they cook.
  2. Add boiling water to a saucepan and once brought to the boil stir it around and add the eggs.
  3. Cut up the Avocado and tomato. Make the toast. Then adf all to 2 serving plates..
