- Prepare 2 of eggs.
- It's 1 of Avocado.
- You need 6 of Asparagus spears.
- You need 2 pieces of toast.
- Prepare 2 of Tomato sliced.
My Sautèed Breakfast 🌞 step by step
- Add 1 tbls Butter in a non stick pan heat up and add the mushrooms fry for 1 minute then add the Asparagus spears. Fry until cooked moving them around while they cook.
- Add boiling water to a saucepan and once brought to the boil stir it around and add the eggs.
- Cut up the Avocado and tomato. Make the toast. Then adf all to 2 serving plates..
