- Preheat oven to 200c.
- Chop peppers onion and garlic.
- Place into frying pan with harrisa paste on high heat. Cook for 3-5mins.
- Pour in tomatoes and 100ml of water. Season with paprika and pepper. Reduce until mixture forms a paste-like texture..
