Ingredients of Omlet Korma Daal

  6. Prepare 1/4 cup of yoghurt.
  7. You need 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
  8. It's 1 tsp of cumin.
  9. You need 1 cup of Chana daal.
  10. You need 1/2 cup of milk.
  11. It's 2 of Cinnamon stick.
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp of sugar.
  13. Prepare 4 of cloves.
  14. Prepare 2 of bay leaves.
  15. Prepare 1 of cinnamon stick.
  16. It's 1/2 tsp of white pepper powder.
  17. You need 1 tbsp of kehwra essence.
  18. It's 1/4 cup of ghee.

Omlet Korma Daal instructions

  1. Make an omlet and cut it into small cube shape pieces..
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped onion till soft and translucent..
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, cinnamon, bay leaves cloves and saute till water dries..
  4. Now place the omlet piece into mix and mix thoroughly but gently.
  5. Whisk yoghurt and milk together. then pour into the gravy..
  6. Add boil chana dal and cook. then add fried onion, green chillies and bring it to boil on medium high flame.
  7. Cover it and cook for 10 min mix the kehwra. springle chopped coriander leaves and serve with hot plain rice or chapati..
